Shy Three Aces Executive Chef, Matt Troost, opened up his kitchen and showed us his simple and delicious ways for making golden beat gnocchi and ribollita on the March 26 Fear No ART presents The Dinner Party.   Both audience members and on-stage dinner guests were both thrilled and stuffed!
