Description: The Bottles & Brushes PAINT YOUR PET fundraiser for The Anti-Cruelty Society takes place Thursday, September 16th at Mars Gallery located at 1139 W. Fulton Market from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m.
Tickets are $45 per person and guests are asked to bring a photo of their pet (not their actual pet) with them to the event! A team of artists from Bottles & Brushes will be on hand to assist as each of them sketches and then paints their pet’s portraits on 12×16 pre-stretched canvases that they can take home with them.
Admission includes complimentary wine, appetizers by Tri-Star Catering, beer by Pabst Brewing Company and coffee by Starbuck’s starting at 6:30 p.m. There will also be a raffle for a pet portrait courtesy of Chicago Art Leasing as well as a live acoustic set by Green Sugar. Painting will take place from 7:00–9:30pm. All paint supplies, including aprons, will also be provided so guests only need to show up ready to paint, drink & be merry!
