August 27th, 2013Executive Chef Jason Vincent of Nightwood won the Grand Cochon competition at the Food & Wine classic in Aspen and was also announced as best new chef by Food and Wine in 2013.
Chef Vincent will be making Holy Sh*t Corn Soup and Spit Roasted Chicken with a Bitter Greens Late Summer Salad for the September 16 Dinner Party at City Winery. Get tix!
