Title: Concerto Extravaganza
Location: Music Institute of Chicago, Nichols Concert Hall, 1490 Chicago Avenue, Evanston
Description: This unique concert features MIC’s “Concerto Divas” Rachel Barton Pine, violin; Wendy Warner, cello; and Marta Aznavoorian, piano. The program will be the top three concertos of the season as voted on by the audience. Ballots will be distributed at each MIC series concert beginning opening night, September 12, 2010. MIC will award a prize for the most ballots turned in by a single audience participant.

All concerts occur in Nichols Concert Hall, a venue lauded by John von Rhein of the Chicago Tribune as “a visual and sonic gem.” Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for seniors and $10 for students, available at musicinst.org or 847.905.1500 ext. 108.
